Seven25 is committed to helping accelerate the individual and collective impact of values–driven organizations. In the past ten years, we’ve witnessed first hand how social entrepreneurship—and a startup mindset in NGOs—have contributed to making social profit work more sustainable. We’re out to contribute in our own way to moving the world forward.
Our love for this work is evident in our lives and in the passion, curiosity and expertise we share with our partners. We attract and work with people who are keen to combine their professional and personal experiences, giving us folks who, in addition to being at the top of their professional game, have real–world insights into one or more of the spaces we work in.
Our core staff is behind each project, but we also have a tight–knit network of designers, strategists, researchers and developers on our team, based in Canada, the US, the UK, and France. We match them to projects based on personalities, skillsets, location, and availability.
Isabelle has been helping accelerate the impact of values–based organizations through design for the past twenty years in North America, Europe and now Africa. She founded Seven25 ten years ago and holds a joint MBA from Brown University and IE Business School and an MA in Design from the Royal College of Art. She taught design at Emily Carr University for over 10 years and uses this experience to facilitate workshops for accelerators and universities, as well as Seven25’s clients, exploring where design & business build on each other to solve problems.
Carla tells visual stories through words and images. During her years working in advertising, through her personal projects, and as the Head of Video Production for the organising committee of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, Carla continually strives for excellence, using the power of motion pictures and inspired storytelling to celebrate truth, beauty and humanity.
Marie-Claire is a multi-talented designer, with more than ten years of experience, specializing in branding and UX/UI Design. She is passionate about creating engaging, useful human-centered interfaces, experiences and products. When she’s not designing, she is caring for her young daughter and exploring the city.
Sean is a multi–faceted full stack web developer and experience designer. He has crafted award–winning digital experiences for the likes of Nike, Yahoo and Acura over a career that spans close to twenty years.
Xavier has extensive experience working in strategic and corporate finance, advisory services, development strategy, financial engineering, fundraising as well as mergers & acquisitions for start–ups, high–growth, turnaround and well–established companies. Whilst he manages Seven25’s finances, he is also available as a resource to our clients.
Caryl develops communications and sales strategies that drive growth. She lives to see people and organisations succeed and she knows how to help them get there. From sales for international companies to managing a global human rights organisation, Caryl thrives around people. She holds an MA in Intercultural Communications and Global Leadership and isn’t afraid to use it to help Seven25, as well as our clients, move into their next stage of growth.
I love working with progressive organisations to leverage their ideas and innovations and move towards success. At the core of it, it’s about helping people. It’s as simple as that.
